Description: Following a corporate restructure, a newly created role of finance manager has been created within a forward looking business in South Derbyshire. Reporting into the head of finance and with responsibility for a small team covering both financial and management accounting, you will be responsible for the meaningful preparation and delivery of all accounting matters relating to the business. In addition, you will be focused in two key areas:
- the development and mentoring of a ambitious team consisting of part qualified and more junior personnel
- the creation of new MI and the resulting analysis and delivery.
This is a high profile role within my clients organisation and will be visible throughout the business. As such you should be a confident communicator, be commercially aware and astute in your decision making. To be considered, you will be a qualified accountant, have recent man management experience, possess good IT skills (including access and excel) and be wishing to progress your career.

Description: ABPM are currently working with a rapidly growing service business who requires a temp to perm group finance manager to take full responsibility for the Finance function whilst the group enjoys a sustained period of growth. The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute, fully qualified Accountant ACA/CIMA/ACMA having worked within an SME environment looking for their next challenge. Duties will include production of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and input into the commercial and strategic direction of the business.
