Do you thrive on maintaining quality and controls, get a buzz from audits, achieve joy from compliance and feel the satisfaction in mitigating risk?

If your checklist is nearing completion, you'll have the opportunity to work within a small friendly risk and compliance team. The team is responsible for maintaining and managing various group controls, developing strategies and ensuring continual improvement across the business.

You'll need to be self-motivated and confident to deal with many different departments. You'll be happy to develop and manage your own workload and operate across a wide customer base.

You'll have an interest in audit and investigation work, a keen eye for detail and the confidence to work with various stakeholders is key here. You will ensure controls are working effectively, identify any issues and seek improvements across the business. You'll ensure the Leeds site is working within group standards.

If you're a graduate with a year or two of experience looking to move into this world, there is scope to be considered with a view to being trained up. You'll need to have some transferable skills and show a strong interest to be considered.

The role is based in Leeds City Centre, a short walk from the train station to hopefully make your commute a bit easier.
