We've a dual role where you'll develop, manage and maintain insights into customer and competitor information. Your aim is to drive company performance through the utilisation of these insights to identify appropriate adjustments.
There are already systems and processes in place, you will monitor the effectiveness of these while also looking to implement new ideas to aid decision making.
The role also ties in with a research element, analysing the current market, looking at trends, competitor activity - essentially conducting detailed research to better understand the market, customer and competitor knowledge. You'll feed your findings through to the executive team to help shape decision making.
You'll love researching subjects and market trends, putting those skills together with a commercial focus, delivering your findings to an executive team?
You'll enjoy reading, happy to lose yourself in research papers, developing your own knowledge, spending time away from the daily office hustle and bustle. You'll enjoy sharing your thoughts, producing reports and analysis to back up your findings. The company is based in Central Leeds, there is the opportunity to work from home with very occasional travel to the office. This could very easily be a remote position.
Some energy experience is preferred, although a strong interest in the area could get your foot through the door.
There is a £5k car allowance and 5% bonus on top of the advertised salary.
