Administrator - Customer Service - Leeds - to £18,000
A Customer Service Administrator is required for my client based in South Leeds.
Operating as a Customer Service Administrator, you will work as part of a small, dedicated team who provide service, support and solutions to a varied portfolio of customers. Our client is a specialist service provider and they are looking for additional support to help manage their expanding client base and workload.
You will manage a variety of relationships and administration duties, culminating in scheduling engineering site visits to reach a successful resolution for customers.
Key duties of the role include;
Liaising with a variety of customers and stakeholders
Providing first class customer support, with a focus on quality rather than quantity.
Co-ordination and planing of engineering site visits
Preparing site specific paperwork
Liaise with third party organisations
Ensure works are completed within set service level agreements
This is not a call centre environment, so you will need to be able to respond to each enquiry on an individual basis, using your initiative and common sense to respond to and resolve issues accordingly. You will need to use a varying level of communication skills to liaise with varying stakeholders.
It is essential that you are a strong communicator with the ability and professionalism to be able to deal with a variety of customers. In addition, you must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively, while understanding that priorities can change quickly. You will be able to work quickly, with a high level of accuracy, autonomy and will be a natural problem solver.
