Administrator - Wakefield - to £20,000 (pro-rata)
An Administrator is required for our expanding Wakefield based client.
The Wakefield business is a professional firm and they are looking for an additional Administrator to help meet business demands and provide additional support.
The Administrator position is varied role, mixing customer interaction and administrative duties.
The Administrator is being recruited on a part-time basis, ideally between 20-25 hours per week, preferably spread over the entire week, although there are options available. The business is easily accessible from the M1 and parking is provided.
Key duties of the role include;
Providing reception cover and support
Meeting and greeting clients
Completion of paperwork and returning to professional bodies
Collating client documentation
Dealing with client queries and questions
Applicants need to possess some relevant administrative experience, duties will reflect salary expectations. You need to be confident working in a professional environment, willing to support the business meet its objectives.
