An Analyst is required for our client based in Central Leeds. We are partnering with Engie, a growing and evolving organisation within the Energy sector. Engie are developing into a household name through their support offerings and product innovation.
Operating as an analyst, you will play a key part in ensuring the business maintains a competitive offering to their customers. The role has a commercial outlook, utilising a numeric and analytical base to influence wider business decisions.
The Energy sector is a fast-paced environment, with new challenges and regular evolution in the market. You would operate as part of a data focussed team, working within modern offices a short walk from Leeds train station.
The key duties of the Analyst role include: -
Production of Management Information in an accurate and timely manner
Produce cost information and demand forecasting
Ensure policies are adhered to across the business.
Maintenance of pricing related data in relevant systems.
Develop, maintain and improve models for cost and risk exposure analysis
Work with the wider business to ensure good stakeholder engagement and customer service
Identifying issues and enable resolution.
Provide subject matter input into projects and programmes.
Provide support to product development and bespoke product development.
This is a niche but essential team within the business. The team regularly rotate duties and positions offering a variety of work and clients to operate with.
This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone with good data and numerical skills and who is able to work with a high level of accuracy. Good excel skills are essential.
You must possess good communication skills to operate in a cross departmental role. Experience of working to multiple deadlines, managing conflicting priorities and operating to a high level of performance will all be beneficial.
