Customer Service Coordinator - South Leeds - to £18,000
A Customer Service Coordinator is required for my South Leeds based client.
Operating as a Customer Service Coordinator, you will work as part of a small, dedicated team who provide service, support and solutions to a varied customer base. This is a new role, providing our client with additional support to help manage their expanding workload.
You will manage a variety of relationships, administration duties, and be responsible for scheduling engineer site visits. The role has a focus on quality service and support.
You must have experience of dealing with customers, it is a critical aspect to this role. Any support or scheduling experience will be beneficial.
Key duties of the role include;
Liaising with a variety of customers
Providing first class customer support, with a focus on quality rather than quantity.
Coordinating and planning engineer site visits
Prepare and administer site specific paperwork
Liaise with third party organisations
Ensure works are completed within set service level agreements
This is not a call centre or help-desk environment. You will need to be able to respond to each enquiry on an individual basis, using your initiative and common sense to resolve issues accordingly. You will need to use a varying level of communication skills to liaise with varying stakeholders. Training will be provided.
It is essential that you are a strong communicator with the ability and professionalism to be able to deal with a variety of customers. In addition, you must have excellent organisational skills to prioritise your workload effectively.
This is a busy but rewarding environment and needs somebody with a common-sense and logical approach to work.
