Customer Service Coordinator - Leeds - to £18,000
Customer Service Coordinator required for my client based in South Leeds, who are a specialist service provider and a leader in their field.
Working as part of a small, dedicated team you will be dealing with a variety of customers that will require first class customer service skills, with a focus on quality rather than quantity. This is not a call centre environment, so you will need to be able to respond to each enquiry on an individual basis and use your initiative and common sense approach to respond and resolve accordingly. You will be booking and coordinating engineers, preparing site specific paperwork, dealing with insurance companies and the policy holders while maximising the efficiency of time within your geographical area.
It is essential that you are a strong communicator with the ability and professionalism to be able to deal with a variety of customers. In addition, you must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively and also understand that priorities can change quickly. You will be able to work quickly, with a high level of accuracy and will be a natural problem solver.
This is a busy but rewarding environment and needs somebody with a common-sense approach to work and who thrives on a bit of a challenge!
