Customer Service Coordinator - Leeds - to £18,000
Customer Service Coordinator required for my Leeds based client, to work in a fast paced and customer focused environment.
You will be required to book and co-ordinate various teams, prepare method statements, consignment notes and maximise the efficiency of time and costs within a geographical area.
- Processing specific paperwork for clients
- Preparation of specific site documents
- Completing objectives and KPI's set by the Manager
- Providing outstanding, friendly customer service offering solutions that meet and exceed customers' expectations.
It is essential that you have strong written and verbal communication skills and an excellent telephone manner as well as having excellent organisational skills, being able to multi-task and re-prioritise at frequent intervals
You will be empathetic and compassionate when dealing with difficult situations and will be able to work with a high level of accuracy and keen eye for detail while working on own initiative.In addition, you will be a competent user of IT systems, particularly MS Word, Excel and Access.
